REGULATIONS FOR USING COMPUTER WORKS

 1. The internet cafe is used by users for

entertainment, educational, didactic and scientific.

​

 2. Only one computer station may be used

one person.

​

 3. Any person may use the computer workstations

familiar with the basics of computer operation, operating system and the Internet.

​​

 4. Access to the computer station is granted by user or premises          account

​

 5. It is forbidden to:

  • Talking loudly, using vulgar words, making noise

        and disturbing other users

  • consumption of: meals, drinks, alcohol and smoking.

​​

 5. It is prohibited to:

  • connecting and disconnecting cables;

  • installation, reinstallation and removal of software without the consent of the staff, and installation of any portable devices without the consent of the staff;

  • use and download files from the Internet with content: pornographic, racist and satanic, vulgar, offensive and violating good manners;

  • performing activities that violate Polish law, including copyrights of software and data creators or distributors;

  • obtaining or attempting to obtain unauthorized access to IT systems, receiving, sending, sending unwanted content and data;

 6. GAME MODE is not responsible for the data

left on your computers hard drive

​

  • Any damage or malfunction of the computer belongs

  • report to staff immediately.

​

  • If the failure occurred due to the users fault, he will be charged with the costs of possible hardware repair and software installation.

​

 7. GAME MODE is not responsible for any

things and wardrobe;

​

 8. Café may not be allowed by staff for:

  • Misbehavior, breaking the rules of the cafe;

  • Browsing through the wrong pages and content, no vacancies.

  • When under the influence of alcohol, drugs, etc.

​ 

 9. GAME MODE employees have the right to control

activities performed by the user at the computer, in particular, have the right to immediately terminate the users session if they consider that the user performs undesirable activities, even if they are not included in these Regulations.

 

10. Each user is obliged to comply

these regulations and health and safety regulations.
